In order to provide students with opportunities to gain practical working experience and expand their career prospects after graduation, the Student Affairs and Enterprise Relations Office organized a recruitment interview and direct job placement program for Hospitality Management students at Wyndham Soleil Danang Hotel.
To strengthen the connection between the school and businesses, as well as to provide students with early access to a real working environment while still studying, on the afternoon of May 14, 2026, the Student Affairs and Enterprise Relations Office collaborated with Wyndham Soleil Danang Hotel to organize a recruitment interview program for Hospitality Management students.
During the interview session, students were introduced to the overall working environment, recruitment positions, career development opportunities, and benefits for new employees by the company. With thorough preparation in professional knowledge, communication skills, and professional demeanor, many students confidently participated in the direct interviews and received high appreciation from the employer.
As a result, many Hospitality Management students were officially recruited to work at the hotel in positions relevant to their field of study. This opportunity allows students to gain practical experience, enhance their professional skills, and develop themselves in a professional working environment.
The activity of bringing students to businesses for interviews and direct job placement is one of the key programs the school focuses on implementing to enhance training quality in line with the practical demands of the labor market. At the same time, it also serves as a bridge for businesses to access a young, dynamic, and well-trained workforce.
In the coming time, the Student Affairs and Enterprise Relations Office will continue to expand cooperation with reputable businesses in the service, tourism, and hospitality sectors in order to provide students with more internship and employment opportunities.
