With the goal of enhancing students' civic awareness, fostering patriotism, and strengthening their sense of social responsibility, Dai Viet Da Nang College regularly organizes experiential learning activities at historical sites, revolutionary landmarks, and cultural heritage locations.
Recently, a delegation of the College's administrators, lecturers, and students visited the Hoang Sa Exhibition House for an educational field trip. During the visit, students explored a rich collection of historical documents, maps, artifacts, and legal evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) Islands. They also listened to presentations highlighting the historical process through which Vietnam established, exercised, and safeguarded its sovereignty over the country's seas and islands across different periods.
More than just an educational excursion, the visit provided students with a valuable opportunity to learn through firsthand experience. It enabled them to gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam's history, appreciate the value of peace, and recognize the significance of protecting the nation's sacred maritime sovereignty.
Through this meaningful activity, students strengthened their patriotism, national pride, and sense of responsibility toward their community and society. The experience also helped them develop observation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to connect classroom knowledge with the historical and cultural values of the nation.
